Non-contact gloss meter YG60L is an online gloss tester innovatively developed by ThreeNH. The test probe is non-contact with the sample to be tested, and it realizes non-contact testing of samples such as liquids, sauces, powders, and fragile objects. Product Features
1. Dual-angle design
The instrument has two measuring angles of 45° and 75°. It can measure at a single angle or at two angles at the same time, which makes it more versatile.
2. High measurement accuracy
The carefully adjusted measurement system and optical path layout ensure stable and accurate gloss measurement , meeting the requirements of JJG 696 working gloss meter, with superior performance, which can fully match the test data of imported gloss meters.
3. Multi-mode measurement
Supports switching between basic mode, statistical mode, continuous mode, and quality control mode to adapt to different application scenarios. The normal mode allows for immediate measurement and fast readings; the quality control mode allows for custom upper and lower limits to achieve fast incoming material testing .
4. Calibration function
Supports calibration and has the function of automatically checking the calibration standard plate to ensure the accuracy and reliability of long-term measurement.
5. Low power consumption
A fully charged AA alkaline battery or NiMH rechargeable battery can measure more than 10,000 times.
