The Rub Proof Tester evaluates the ink transfer from printed / coated materials from rubbing. the test begins by placing one of the three loads on the top of the upper disc.
Thus, achieve a specific pressure. The test sample holding area is stainless steel. Thus, it enables dry or wet rubs. And also avoids rusting or damage.
An interlock on the front door reduces access during a test and prevents particles from being blown out of the working area. Digital cycle counter stops the test at the preset value.
The Rub Proof Tester is useful to measure rubbing/ scuffing and abrasion resistance of printed materials. Thus, it explains the effect of rubbing on the surface. This equipment is applicable to test printing on packaging of products.
The Rub proof Test is the best method to test printing. Thereby ensuring its quality against rubbing. Which is very much possible in the real world. For example, consumers touch products and packaging while buying in store.
