Fiber Classifier

The Fiber Classifier separates the pulps into fines, shives and fibers fractions. The size of pulp fibers influences the mechanical properties. As well as in the quality of paper and board.

The machine design is a pulsating membrane, sieves and continuous water flow. Therefore, the separation of the different fractions is smooth. And ensures no damage to the fibers. And not even any change in its original characteristics.

Applications

* Ring mounted stainless plate with (0,2x20) mm slots for classification of shives. * Ring mounted phosphor bronze wire screen gauze with apperture #40/in for classification of long fibers. * Ring mounted phosphor bronze wire screen gauze with apperture #120/in for classification of short fibers. * Driven by built-in electric motor and eccentric with adjustable amplitude of the pulsating membrane for 6 or 12 mm * Parts in contact with water and pulp made of corrosion resistant materials.
