Torque and twist angle detection uses the high-precision torque sensor and a photoelectric encoder; computer displays dynamically the curve of test torsion angle and torque, rate of loading, peak of power and so on.
1. Adopting a horizontal structure, the main structure adopts a frame casting structure、the fixture and main transmission shaft are quenched with high-quality alloy structural steel, which is treated with alloy structural steel quenching to ensure their service life. Different fixtures can be replaced according to different specimens.
2. Driven by a fully digital AC servo control system. The characteristics of wide speed adjustment range, uniform and stable loading, and accurate control.
3. Using a planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer for transmission, the lateral space can be manually adjusted within a range of 0mm to 500mm.
4. The machine uses a photoelectric encoder to collect the torsion angle of the test piece , The torque sensor collects the torque T of the sample. The computer screen displays the torque T and torsion angle of the specimen、Torque T - Torsion angle Curve and torque T-time curve and so on. The system can set the twisting angle,or torque T, control the operation and shutdown of the system.
5. Computers collect real-time data, process data, and provide functions such as data storage、retrieval、statistics、 printing. Real time display, drawing curve (torque T - torsion angle) Curve, torque T-time t curve.The test report is output in Word or Excel format. The experimental process can be simulated and reproduced. Multiple experimental curves can be stacked and compared, and printed out. It can be digitally zeroed and calibrated.
