* MAJOR TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS * Works with mass consistency from 2% to 8% * 50L capacity stainless steel reservation with inspection door * System for linear adjustment of refining discs’ gap from 0 to 9mm with integrated scale can be used even during operation * Heavy duty 5.5W (7.5HP), 1750RPM IP 55 drive motor * Closed refining loop driven by the refiner itself has lower collection point for refined pulp and spreader cone in the reservoir’s upper inlet which ensures that all the pulp is refined homogenously while it is circulating * Integrated control panel with digital indication of the power consumption (W) and the current (A) * Automatic soft start system offers high torque and high revolution operation which enables the equipment to be started when fully loaded * Three types of interchangeable refining discs made of hard bronze with diameter of 300mm are available. Type I for short fibres, Type II for long fibres and Type III for general purpose (refining both long and short fibres and pounding wood chips)
• Bascule door with quick locking system offers an extremely easy access to the refining chamber and refining discs
• Refining chamber may be cooled by circulating cold water around it through available connection points ensure that users can protect their samples from typical heat generated by refining jobs
• All parts in contact with the refined material are made of non corrosible materials like bronze and stainless steel
• Heavy duty frame is iron-cast and supporting structure is made with steel profiles with fixing holes for anchor bolts to ensure smooth operation
