The Laboratory Beater - JOKRO Type is useful for pilot beating of pulps, papers and boards.

This equipment has six sets of beating units. These are mounted in a horizontal revolving table. This performs a planetary movement around the central shaft. Thus it ensures perfect homogeneous beating of all samples.

Every set of beating unit consists of a beating box, a grooved roll and a lid. The machine has compact design but still rugged. Therefore, it guarantees a long operating life. That too with minimal maintenance requirements. It complies with DIN 54360 standard.

Applications

    * Each set of beating unit is capable of refining up to 16g of pulp diluted to a consistency of 6% * Can operate simultaneously with 2,3,4 and 6 sets of standard beating units, symmetrically arranged * Supplied with 7 sets to optimise operation with 6 sets * Planetary system is driven by a 1.1kW (1.5HP), 3 phase asynchronous, IP55 gear motor and controlled by a frequency inverter *
  • Integrated control panel has digital indication of the operating rotation and a programmable timer (up to 999 mins) with automatic shut off * Frequency inverter’s programmed acceleration slope ensures auto soft start system with high torque start and high revolution operation which enables the equipment to be started even fully loaded
